Juliette Super Micro, tiny 9 transistor micro radio! It's a beauty as you can see. Dramatic black and chrome finish--shiny and textured-grain chrome front with horizontal chrome bars for speaker grille. Radio measures 1 7/8 inches by 2 1/8 inches. Model TR-91M. In near-excellent shape but is missing the two little disks that go on the dials showing dial numbers and the word "Vol". Includes carry chain, but does not have the medallion that should be on the end of it. I last tested this radio about five years ago and it worked but was kind of squeaky. I don't have batteries to test it anymore so I can't say if it still works. I think you should assume that it does not. I can't guarantee it either way. As you can see, the battery compartment is nice and clean.
This radio was probably made by Standard, makers of the famously tiny Micronic Ruby radios. This Juliette is not shown in any of the books except "Vintage Micro Transistor Radios." Made in Japan.
Shipped to you carefully packed in a strong box for safe delivery. Your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.

If you need an excuse for buying a vintage transistor radio, consider this: In times of inflation like these we're living in now, "hard assets" are a recognized "safe haven." Gold, diamonds, real estate—these have historically offered some protection from inflation.
So have collectibles. They're a "hard asset" just like those other things, but they're more fun to hold, more fun to own, and much more affordable. Anyway, that's been my theory for a long time now.
Of course I can't guarantee the future of prices in the collectibles market. But I can say from firsthand experience how much fun it is to collect these little radios.
